Turnaround Times
Ships within 2-4 days depending on product and customization level.
We make it our mission to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped out as soon as possible. Sometimes this may take up to 4 business days.
Shipping Locations
We deliver to the United States and Canada. Please note that shipping outside of the continental US may incur an additional fee.
Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays due to shipping carrier error. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.

Tracking Numbers
Your tracking number will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, pleasecontact support@ninjapod.com with your name, email, and order number.
